I was treated well by John Streit at this merchant. They scheduled a tub cut for me which will transform my tub/shower into a walk in shower, much safer for my 78 year old legs to enter. They are also installing grab bars. Better safe than sorry. This is a store that handles all sorts of items for any of us with some type of disability…….Thank you John!

Update: I wanted everyone to know, I received a call from the owner(Max) and we talked for a little bit. I was able to freely explain my frustration with the customer service. I made a few suggestions and he genuinely wanted to make my experience better for me and for others. He respond very quickly.
