I was treated well by John Streit at this merchant. They scheduled a tub cut for me which will transform my tub/shower into a walk in shower, much safer for my 78 year old legs to enter. They are also installing grab bars. Better safe than sorry. This is a store that handles all sorts of items for any of us with some type of disability…….Thank you John!

Update: I wanted everyone to know, I received a call from the owner(Max) and we talked for a little bit. I was able to freely explain my frustration with the customer service. I made a few suggestions and he genuinely wanted to make my experience better for me and for others. He respond very quickly. I told him his call made a difference and I will try his store again in the future. Thanks, Max for caring enough to reach out to me. Karin

Ordered my compound same time as last month and now they are telling me it will be way over a week to get it in. This is leaving me with out my med. Representative and pharmacist very argumentive about it and had no cares in the world that I would be without or it was taking way longer then it should. Was not told it would take 7-10 days nor was I sent any texts messages on this as they claimed. Very very frustrating.
