Initially, I was the biggest fan of Essential Pharmacy. I recommended this pharmacy to my friends. Recently, I have been disappointed and frustrated to the point where we have decided to find another option. Over a series of several months, the staff were unable to reliably order and issue my monthly, cancer preventing medication. Best pharmacy ever!
So many good things to say - great staff, efficient service and staff going out of the way to ensure clients have what they need. One particular Saturday, the pharmacist stayed beyond hours to receive a hospital prescription to fill. We cannot express how much they are appreciated!
