Ordered a product for my husband. Was told ot would be in ,in about a week. Didn't get it. Then called them l was told anywhere from June 15th to the 30th. The end of the month came nothing. Call them most of the time they don't answer the phone. Left messages they don't call back. Then was told it was coming he week of July 5th. ,so on the 9th of July they called me. I was thinking it finally came in,then they tell me it was on back order and we wouldn't get till October. So needless to say they are a VERY bad place to deal... read more

I'm not sure what is going on with your company but I'm not going to be using it if you can't even answer the phone. I've been having issues with my NEW wheelchair and getting nowhere with my problems. You don't have enough staff when you have the receptionist driving the van for pickups. Sorry for being blunt but I'm very disappointed.

Complete rip off. I purchased a mobility scooter from here & found it for $700 less online. When I tried to return the unit just a few days later, they denied my refund. I ended up going to Scooters Direct instead, they came to my house with a few scooters to choose from & had more transparent pricing.
