I went there with my family member a while ago, all the staffs were nice, patient and friendly !
I visited Essential Mobility Products today to inquire about a repair for my mother's walker, as one of the brakes was malfunctioning. I was promptly greeted by Mackenzie upon arrival, who asked if I needed assistance. I explained the issue and asked if the walker could be repaired. She immediately asked for a repair technician to inspect the item. The technician took the walker to the back for assessment and quickly determined that a spring was missing from the brake mechanism. I had the good fortune to decide on dealing with this business Oct 22 2025. Their level of customer service from the first phone call through to pick up of the device was perfect . Polite , courteous and knowledgeable. Upon entering the storefront I was greeted by very polite , smiling staff ( Mackenzie ) . The device i was there to pick up was ready to go . Pat and the other lady were wonderful. I apologize for not remembering her name. They were so helpful to the point of putting the wheelchair in my car and showing me how to remove the foot rests. Thank you for the goody bags and l apppreciate it. I will come back
