I was happy with the sales service and I got my mobility scooter delivered very fast. After a few days the scooter was making some grinding noises. A technician was sent out and he diagnosed that a new motor would be required. It was ordered and replaced quickly. Same day repair and return to me. Great response and service from Pat!
I was happy with the sales service from Wes and the other staff. I got my mobility scooter delivered very fast; however, after a few days the scooter was making some grinding noises. and I was advised that I'd have to pay $85. to have the scooter assessed. I'm very disappointed, because I thought that my complaint would be handled like a warranty claim; but not so!
Great response to a panicked phone call of several days ago! Great advice and Great service! I usually question 5 star reviews- nothing is perfect....but I could NOT indicate 4.5!!
I ordered a new basket for my walker and the basket was installed yesterday by Steve who was very kind and helpful, it was a covered basket which I wasn't expecting but I'm very happy with it, I highly recommend this organization
My parents had a great experience with Wes and his team. My mom is able to freely be more mobile with their help! My mom was worried about the whole experience and waited to do it and now she is very glad she got the help she needed ! Very good customer service with lots of guidance by the team when you aren’t sure what would help the most! She is enjoying her walker and scooter !
