I was so impressed with Jason and Mitch. They came out all the way to Washtucna and I was so grateful. But just coming to Washtucna was not the only thing that was great. Both Jason and Mitch were so professional and new there craft very well. I informed them I was going on a very long trip and wanted to make sure my RV was safe. They helped me so very much and was completely professional. I recommend them very, very much.
I called Jason and left a message on Tuesday evening to schedule an appointment to check the slide seals and some wear spots on the roof caused by our cover. He called me back later that evening and set me up for Thursday morning. He and Mitch arrived and looked at the areas I asked them to and they found several issues with the roof and sealant (I am not comfortable climbing around on my roof, so roof maintenance has been a bit non existent!) I'll never go anywhere else these people know what they're doing!
Our rv furnance needed help and, they were very quick to come out to fix it. They noticed and fixed one our leaks while they were in the basement area working on the furnance. They were very considerate and helpful, all around great experience. Was nervous as it was our first time using mobile repair/ repair besides ourselves and they will be the people we call again if we need help in the future with something out of our wheelhouse.
Good friendly service. They know what they are doing and get it done in a timely manner. Their prices are very fair. I'll call on Jason and Mitch whenever I need work done.
