The hot rocks massage is exquisite. Well worth paying the little extra over a standard massage. The room is warm and quiet and lots of clean towels. It is easy to book online and choose which time suits you. I still felt pampered hours later.
Love the yoga and Pilates classes. Feeling fitter, more flexible and stronger since beginning a few months ago. The instructors are wonderful and I am exhilarated after every class.
The studio has no mirrors which makes me feel more comfortable and confident. The fitness classes are intimate so I can get the attention I need but large enough that they are fun. Amanda is highly approachable and will take the time to explain why she is prescribing certain exercises. I've also had many amazing massages here over the past 3 years and for every massage I have left rejuvenated.
