Outstanding care. I'm super happy with the provider.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Spinks. She truly cares about her patients. She is empathetic and very knowledgeable. I followed her from the previous clinic she was working at. She even responds to my messages on her days off ! That is how dedicated she is. Wonderful provider and person all around.
I am surprised to see such a great rating for such an unprofessional and rude psychiatrist. Dr. Frisk called me 2 hours before my appointment and demanded I fill out the forms she emailed me so she could make sure she takes my insurance not I feel out the forms she emailed Me. I had attempted to fill out the forms early morning, but the link was expired. I told her this, easy enough she emailed said form again. She sounded terse and very annoyed.
