I have been receiving massages for years. Upon my visit to Williamsburg I wanted to have a relaxing stay and came upon Katrina's Essential Massage. I was very happy and pleased how Katrina explained everything to me and wanted to know my massage history. She was kind, compassionate, warm. and friendly from our first phone call and beyond. My husband and I were on vacation in Williamsburg, VA and he called Katrina to see if she had an opening, but she didn't. That evening, she had a cancellation and she contacted my husband who then scheduled the massage. It was a very nice treat and I had a wonderful experience.
