I booked a one hour massage for my shoulders primarily. I was asked about problem areas so the massage could be tailored to my needs. The therapist suggested since we had a whole hour I could do a whole body which I was happy I took her advice since she showed me a lot of my tension in places I didn't even realize. Diana is the best! She has so much knowledge in her field and can really find problem areas. I've had many massages that were not effective at all and felt like a waste of time. Most times just hurting after. With Diana, I feel she is really helping me every time I go and I look forward to my appointments with her! I recommend her to everyone.
