I should've left this review a while ago, but life got hectic and here we are! I cannot recommend Essential Journey enough. My therapist, Latonja Prickett, is absolutely fantastic. This was my first experience with therapy, but I definitely needed it. And getting on the schedule here was way easier than a few other places that ghosted me and never called back — which does not make you feel good when you're trying to get help!
