David and all of the Essential staff, that we were in contact with, are top notch! Not only did they beat our lowest bid, but they helped with our financing needs and billed the PUD for a massive rebate. We got the quote from David on a Thursday night and by 9am the next morning, the crew was here to install our new system! We can't thank you enough!!
The sales people are very friendly and nice, no high sell pressure. The price was good and they installed it the next day. The installers were also very nice and helpful to make sure we understood how to run our new system. I would highly recommend this company.

We had heat pump installed by Essential about 5 months ago. We were initially out off by the rush sales tactics, but they did give us a great rate. We were initially given misinformation about a unit's qualification for tax rebate. Day of install, after I hacked back a bush for the location, we were suggested a different location. The new one made sense and we went with it.
