We had heat pump installed by Essential about 5 months ago. We were initially out off by the rush sales tactics, but they did give us a great rate. We were initially given misinformation about a unit's qualification for tax rebate. Day of install, after I hacked back a bush for the location, we were suggested a different location. The new one made sense and we went with it. I am very impressed and pleased with the entire experience from start to finish. I got high quality equipment professionally installed at a fair price. The initial contact with Will had me sold with the company. He's a pro, he answered all my questions and didn't try to up-sell me anything I didn't need or want. The install only took 1 1/2 days. Essential Heating & Air absolutely rocked the job of installing a new heat pump for us! I was a bit hesitant when I saw them on social media, but we had them come out and give us a price anyway, and we’re so glad we did! Anton was a total pro and knew all about the products. We previously requested a quote from another major HVAC contractor, and they said they wouldn't be able to install mini splits because of safety concerns with the slope in the backyard. Essential Heating and Air visited to inspect the house, quickly came up with a game plan, came back a few business days later, and got the 3 mini splits done in a day. I highly recommend their team. They sent a professional advisor to our house who carefully assessed everything before suggesting a furnace. Even though they wouldn’t do any jobs for Saturdays, they made an exception and came over the weekend to complete the work. I'm 100% satisfied with their service so far.
