A good model to use in training. Other companies could use help with everything down to their LLC could use fixing. Reviews by Owner/Mgr. Don't always use all straps. Hit curbs while texting, smoke illegal substances, get in fights, make up vitals and drop patients. Total disregard for traffic laws. Hate anyone that points that out.
Driver all over the road, while he was looking down at his phone. His partner was vaping, in the back (Truck number 3). I called to say something, because you would think safety would be a priority in EMS, all for some guy to answer "Hellaw..."... So your company doesn't even identify themselves when a person calls...... Ok.

Excellent customer service and always puts patient first! They are so nice and caring toward their patients and always show up with a smile! I truly enjoy watching them at dialysis centers picking up their patients!
