Sheila is fantastic. She is a highly qualified and skilled massage therapist. She has a variety of techniques that she uses to customize a massage to your specific needs. Sheila is kind and makes you feel comfortable during your treatment. I have sent multiple people to her and they all have had a great experience. Definitely recommend.

Yesterday was my first massage with Sheila. She was very professional leading up to my appointment with an electronic intake form that asked for pain points and what I was looking for. Her massage space is very warm, welcoming and comfortable. She focused on all the areas I asked her to with just the right pressure. I am very happy with my massage and will be back to see Sheila on a regular basis. Highly recommend!
I’ve been coming to Sheila for about 8 months now. I love the energy and the attention to detail. I have knee , leg and liver back problems and she has the knowledge and strength to go deep into the muscles to get the to loosen up. If deep tissue is not your thing her experienced and knowledge goes way beyond that just explain what you want . I try to get in every three weeks. Sheila thank you for your great service. Sonny F.
