I really enjoy going to Essential Fitness! It's a safe space to work out, learn new things, push yourself, all while having a lot of fun! Alley is a great trainer and I really appreciated that she offers nutrition consults too!

Alley is a wonderful trainer. The workouts are always different and she keeps us on our toes.
If you want to build muscle, lose weight and have fun then work out at Essential Fitness and Nutrition. Alley….. one of the trainers is very good at working you, allowing your body to receive maximum results under minimum stress. I would recommend this gym to accomplished athletes as well as beginners.
