Very bad service and way of dealing with customers, very rude needless to say never going back despite being close Its only a matter of time that your shop will be close
Surely in 2025, you would think you could use an electronic version of your health fund card. Requesting a physical card, and then having to pay full price and go through the process of claiming through the fund is a waste of my time. Every other medical and health service I use will accept the electronic version of the card.
