Surely in 2025, you would think you could use an electronic version of your health fund card. Requesting a physical card, and then having to pay full price and go through the process of claiming through the fund is a waste of my time. Every other medical and health service I use will accept the electronic version of the card.

Had to take my new specs back three times because the zones in the lenses were so badly misaligned I had double vision at a distance, I asked not to have transitioning lenses, got that feature despite asking not to, asked twice to have my eye exam results sent to my Doctor which never happened, the glasses are loose on my head and fall off, found out now, from another optometrist, that most of that is from being given a frame with an 18 bridge when I require a 16 bridge. Amazing service yet again from John and the staff. My glasses were out of shape and kept falling off my head and within 5 minutes John had fixed them and they are as good as new. Thank you
