Observed and listened to all staff present as I waited in the receiving area. Everyone worked well together while offering each client optimal professional service.
I arrived as a new patient for my 9:40 AM appointment, checking in five minutes early. Despite the office opening at 9:30, the doctor and entire front desk staff were visibly engaged in a staff meeting when I arrived. I was asked to sit and wait while the meeting continued in full view and earshot..discussing topics like performance, appointment confirmations, and daily quotas. Outstanding and fast services
The staff is so friendly and professional. Dr. Dada was exceptional. I got a state of the art exam and my eyeglasses are perfect! This office is an hour and 45 minutes from my home, and it was worth the drive.
