We had our deck re-built from Feb 6 to Mar 13, 2023. We were pleased with the quality of the work, but near the end of the project, Terry went incommunicado - he suddenly stopped responding to texts and emails. We had our deck redone right before mothers day. It turned out beautiful! We had a board lift up on one of the edges in July and had emailed Terry about it and he responded he would get to it. We are now in October and still have the lifted board . I felt like the deck project itself went smoothly but once it was done, they were done and not really responsive in fixing something that should be covered under their warranty.
