Went in for first massage yesterday. Therapist seemed nice upon meeting. She told me to get on the table and she would be back to start massage. After about 10 mins she came in. When she entered there was a VERY STRONG odor or marijuana on her hands and breathe. Very hard to relax with the odor moving around your face. Now I am ok with people using a dab pen if that's what they need to do....however not before a service or without trying to get rid of smell before entering. They run a HORRIBLE business here. Customer service is nonexistent, they’re unclear of their cancellation policy and mentioned nothing about it when I booked over the phone. I was offered no other alternative and had to cancel due to an emergency. My card was charged the full amount. I emailed the owner explaining the situation and she ignored my email. I love the massages! And the pricing is affordable. The quality of the massage you get and the price you pay is why I keep coming back. The ladies are friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. They are very knowledgeable about their work.
Sabrina is fantastic! She’s very friendly and really helped me with my specific needs. She’s super knowledgeable about what she does and that is very much appreciated. I’m glad I found her!
