My experience was absolutely awesome! All staff members were friendly and professional. Dr. Jung was patient and comforting. Emily, Pricilla, and Jocelyn were all kind and very caring. I was a “ball of nerves”, but their care and concern made the situation much better. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs.
I will 100% recommend Essential Endodontics of Forney. I had a root canal on a different dental clinic and got infected so I was referred to Dr. Jae Ha Jungs who did an amazing job treating my infection, I was very scared because i never had a dental surgery but he was very gentel and honestly i had little to no pain.The staff is very welcoming and explained everything about the procedure.
I had an excellent experience with Essential Endodontics of Forney. They were professional, friendly, and the Dentist was clearly highly skilled. My insurance wouldn’t cover any of procedure, but I was given a satisfactory discount for their services. Best experience I’ve had with any of my root canal procedures in the past. I highly recommend them
Wonderful office. The front office, dental assistants and Dr Jung were all great. Very kind and knowledgeable. They made sure my son didn’t feel any pain. I am so glad we chose them. If we ever need an Endodontist again (hopefully won’t…..) we will definitely return to this office. Highly recommend!
I recently had a root canal at this dental office, and I want to highlight the positive experience I had with the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process, which helped ease my anxiety. However, I was surprised to find that the final cost was significantly higher than the estimate I received before my appointment.
