I was extremely nervous about getting my first root canal, especially since it was on my front tooth. Dr. O is amazing, skilled, knowledgeable, and very precise. I truly appreciated the care and attention she gave throughout the entire procedure, even during the numbing process. I would highly recommend her!
I had an 8:00 a.m. appointment on 1/28/26 and arrived on time to find the office closed, lights off, and no staff present. There was no call or text to notify me of a cancellation or reschedule. I called at 8:10 a.m. and reached the answering service, who said they would message the office for a callback. As of 2:00 p.m., I still have not heard from anyone. Scammers changes insurance codes long after being seen tells you after months u owe a balance for nothing no work done just looking at teeth called asked to speak to manager won’t let me speak to them says they are the manager then asked to speak to their manager and was hung up on very unprofessional and unethical billing

I keep telling them that insurance shows they filed incorrectly (by misspelling the endodontists name) and as a result, they show up as out-of-network despite actually being in-network. Now I can't afford to get a crown put on this tooth because insurance has paid as much as they'll cover for the year. I'm told that if they'd filed correctly, it would have cost less for me and for the insurance company and that the crown would still be affordable because I would not have reached my maximum amount of coverage for the year.
