This dental office engaged in what I believe to be improper and potentially fraudulent billing practices. I was overcharged for services, including duplicate charges and services that were also billed multiple times to my insurance provider. After contacting my insurance company directly, they provided a detailed explanation of benefits confirming that my total out-of-pocket responsibility was $722.
