The person answering the phone this morning was fantastic. Her name is Ariel and besides speaking clearly, cheerfully and listening to my concerns she went above and beyond to coordinate my grandson’s appointment. She is absolutely perfect in her position and reminds me of the old days when communication was key and compassion was practiced!!! Cheers to Ariel!
