Dr. Jung and his lovely staff were all very kind, attentive, and professional. The root canal I needed to get done was done that very same day after the initial tests and diagnosis. I felt nothing at all and it was very quick. Highly recommend visiting Essential Endodontics in Mansfield!
Dr. Jung is AMAZING! He is very kind and so thorough. He doesn't do unnecessary things. I went because my dentist thought I might need a root canal. He checked it out thoroughly, I didn't, my pain was caused from grinding my teeth. He explained what was going on. We did botox to help the muscles. I went back two weeks later and he "topped it off" to make it a little stronger. He didn't charge me! He said he just wanted me to feel better! Dr Jung did a root canal procedure on me. He was very efficient and did a great job.
Only rating it a 1 star because they didn't notify me that the initial consultation wasn't covered with my insurance. They hit me with the $170 charge after my consultation and told me it was my responsibility to know what was covered and what isn't. Shady way of taking money in my opinion. I walked out after paying and decided not to give them any business with my root canal needs, I didn't want any more surprise charges or hidden charges.
