I found Tracy about 4 years ago when my previous massage therapist closed temporarily during the pandemic. Tracy has been wonderful and works to meet client needs. I prefer more pressure/deep tissue massage to get better results and Tracy is able to get my muscles to relax! My experience at Essential Elements spa could not have been any better. I received a foot detoxification treatment. This is water as hot as is comfortable, pulling toxins out of your body. Ridding your body of possibly dangerous levels.. thank you Tracy Jones.

I'm going to write another review! I saw Amanda yesterday for a therapeutic massage. It was well worth the money. So amazing and I'm pain free today. It was so relaxing, I fell asleep. This is now the only spa I will go to. Thanks so much. Would recommend to anyone and everyone
