Michelle (owner) is amazing. My wife has been going to her for haircuts and other hair needs for decades now. While my wife has since moved to the east side, she still travels to this location. We also take our daughters there and Michelle is great with kids. She has been cutting their hair since they were 6 months old. Very reasonable prices and I would highly recommend!

Michelle is an excellent stylist with facial features and hair type. She always gives me an excellent cut and style for my wavy hair. She showed me another style with the same cut by patiently showing me how to blow it dry! It's awesome to have two styles and I can always count on her for a quality cut.

Loved my waxer. Everything was beautiful, clean and she got me in and out so quickly. I was a little nervous but she reassured me and explained every as she was doing it. I will definitely be back!

Michelle is very talented and understands layers and complicated cuts. She is working with me after my hair fell out due to a medical condition - she even cut my wig. My adult son who had very long hair went to her and trusted her with the change he wanted. He is at UB but says he’s doing the drive for all future cuts. She took her time with him and gave him a 2 hour cut so it matched the photo he had of a prior cut. Very nice salon with great service. Five stars!

I have been going to essential elements for years. Every single appointment the staff goes above and beyond to make me feel pampered and beautiful. They do the fastest, pain free, thorough waxing I’ve ever had. I’d never go anywhere else and I can’t recommend them enough!
