Great staff and the only place I don’t have to be stuck more than once for blood work.
I'm supposed to be a new patient The office personal was extremely rude.ask for my ID and insurance and I gave it to them.then wants to know primary,,I don't understand and didn't know what she was talking about.she wouldn't explain all she said it's my responsibility and they don't take my insurance. I strongly suggest find another doctor. The office staff doesn't give a damn. Especially for the elderly. OLD PEOPLE HAS MEDICAL PROBLEMS AND ESPECIALLY NEUROLOGICAL problems. And for this office staff to be rude and want to argue with a elderly patient.and the patient is saying she doesn't understand , and office personal cant help.Office personal should have handle the situation differently, instead of upsetting the patient.
