I've been a patient of Dr Hayes for more than 8 years and never regret going to follow-up visits. I'm a senior citizen and she managed my diabetic A1C down below 6. She listens to her patients and helps them anyway she can. Dr Hayes is the best doctor i know.
First time coming here. The nurse practitioner was extremely kind and professional, such a pocketful of sunshine. I felt like i was listened to and my concerns were taken seriously by all staff members.
I was dismissed before even being seen. I was referred here by my Dr due to abnormal thyroid results. However, since my most recent lab was "normal" they refused to see me. Even though they did not ask my history or the core reason why my Dr referred me. They told me to have my Dr run hormonal tests instead. Is that not what a endocrinologist does?
