T recently had an outstanding experience with Dr Krasnyansky and the entire team at Essential Dental Spa. My most recent treatment involved four crowns for my front teeth. Excelente service as always -from The Doctor Down to her Staff. I say as always because I was a patient here 10 years ago, had to leave because I moved into the City. Now I’m back in LI and happy to be returning!!
Told me that the email they provided for Zelle payment was wrong and that they would charge me again even through I sent them the money to their correct email. Possibly a mistake possibly fraud. Then when I cancelled payment since she said she the Zelle was wrong(thank god the bank held) claimed to call police on me. Will be pursuing legal action.
It’s always an amazing experience at Essential Dental! Dr K is a caring exceptional dentist, and her staff is always very friendly and professional!
