These people ruined my ability to close my mouth properly just to let you know huge ripped off. Do not Trust them with any big procedure. Honestly the worst now that i've seen more dentist to compare For the past 2 months i went there at least 7 times to get adjustment on a crown on my front teeth. The crown has a Huge budge and i dont have enough PTO to keep going there for them to get it right. I havent been able to close my mouth completely for the longest time. Completely unprofessional, rude, and disrespected my parents. The doctor rushed through the cleaning, and was aggressive - handling the teeth in a very rough manner.
Has Dr.Gupta ever cleaned teeth before?
The techs are amazing and comforting but they have to let their front desk know that it’s not only dental staff that has to prioritize the patient care experience. The front desk reception guy with glasses is just so awful to speak to and comes across so angry and miserable with life. I thought it was only over the phone but it was in person too.
