Disappointing time management and lack of professional accountability. I have been a client here for some time, but the chronic lateness has become impossible to manage. As a professional who books appointments during a strict lunch window, waiting 15–30 minutes in a treatment gown for a 4-minute session is unacceptable. Both Dr Michael & Dr Damien are amazing chiropractors and people in general. Been seeing them for a few years now and they've helped fixed issues that I didn't even know could be fixed with chiropractics! They have always taken the time to actually listen & understand my issues and concerns and are always very thorough in explaining why & how they're treating it. Definitely highly recommend them!
