I had a great experience at Laverty Pathology at Essential Care Medical Centre, Regents Park. Fariha El Masri, who took my blood test, was incredibly kind, helpful, and very professional. She made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process, and I honestly didn’t feel anything when she inserted the needle. Her skill and gentle approach really stood out. I’m very happy with the service and truly appreciate her care. Highly recommended!
I would like to make a formal complaint regarding my consultation with one of your doctors today. Dr William or someone I don’t know the EXACT name but Dr Ala was meant to contact me and unfortunately he didn’t as he left early so when I rang up the clinic at 5:01pm she said Dr Ala left early so Dr Willy or Dr William will call you then he called me at 5:05pm. She is an exceptional doctor who is friendly, meticulous and dedicated to addressing my health concerns.
