Val helped to relieve some seriously tight hip and IT band muscle pain that has plagued me and inhibited my running for years. Prior to this experience I was reticent to have someone massage me. Val put me at ease immediately. She is knowledgeable and completely professional. I did not think that this kind of relief was possible given the tightness and level of muscle pain that I had going in to the appointment. I left feeling so much better ! I highly recommend her.
My daughter's body takes a beating doing all star cheer, track, and softball. Her knees have been killing her. Naproxen, ice, rest, nothing helped. Most days she left practice limping. After just one session of Valerie Brown working on her legs, my daughter was able to run, do hurdles, and tumble without the pain and limping! She does amazing work!
Val is a miracle worker. I was in a car accident on 1/26/15. I suffered many injuries that I still face to this day. She is very knowledgeable about muscles and helps me more than she will ever know. If your thinking about getting a massage I Def recommend going to her!
