I went to see Sarah for a 90 minute massage. I have all kinds of back and neck issues and a shoulder that is all messed up. She was great and was able to work out issues i have been stuck with for months. She is great at giving a relaxing massage and at the same time correct issues which is what I am always looking for. Highly recommend giving her a try and her pricing is very reasonable! I will definitely be back to her soon!

Sarah is my overall favorite massage therapist. Not only are her prices very fair and pretty much the best you can find, she's the only therapist that provides exactly what I'm looking for in a truly therapeutic experience. She always listens to exactly what I need and customizes the experience for me. I've been coming to her for years and will continue to do so.
Highly recommend Sarah! Went in today because I’ve had severe pain in my back shoulder area. The Swedish massage was the best I’ve ever had. I was tense from the strain I had been experiencing the last two weeks. She was patient, listened to my concerns and gave me instructions on how to care for myself post massage including sleeping suggestions (I sleep on my side causing strain on my rotator cuff). I have been getting massages for 35 years and this is the best work I have ever received. I work construction and I would not have the range of motion to work the way I do if it weren't for getting regular massage at essential body care. Give her a call and see for yourself!
