We recently brought our daughter in for her very first ear piercing, and the experience couldn’t have been better. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, patient, and reassuring, which made all the difference for a nervous first-timer. They explained every step clearly, took great care with hygiene, and made our daughter feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. The service was professional, gentle, and genuinely caring. We’re so grateful for such a positive and memorable experience.
I can not recommend this place enough. The staff were so friendly, informative and accommodating. I went in with questions about getting a new piercing and they went through all the information and prices. I was lucky enough they had a spot to fit me in, but would definitely recommend booking. If i ever get brave enough for my next piercing I'll be back here for sure.
I took my 9yo and 8yo daughters today to get a second piercing for one, re-piercing for the other and third piercing for myself. The staff were absolutely exceptional. My youngest was very nervous and scared to have it done - the staff made her feel completely at ease and she left beaming. Piercing placement was great and no pain at all. Would highly recommend.
My 3 yr old daughter had her ears pierced here and the staff were amazing. Very caring and very gentle. They made the whole process amazingly easy and seamless for my daughter. Highly recommend this business.
