I had such an amazing experience here! The staff are incredibly lovely, kind, and welcoming they made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Their customer service is top-notch, and they took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I really appreciated how much detail they gave me about the healing process and how to take proper care of my piercing. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and want you to feel confident and informed. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a piercing, highly recommend!
If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would! The staff at the Chadstone store made my daughter feel relaxed and special. The whole experience from booking to appointment to aftercare was wonderful. My daughter had an earlier piercing experience with a different store that had really upset her, and the wonderful staff at EssentialBeauty made that memory disappear and replaced it with a really fabulous one instead. Highly recommend
I chose this place for my helix piercing and I'm so glad I did! The staff are not only lovely and kind, but they're also clearly experts at what they do. They even noticed it was my birthday from my ID, which was a really nice touch! The piercing process was quick, and they provided excellent aftercare instructions. I've had zero problems with healing, and I'll definitely be returning for future piercings.
Took my daughter to get her ears pierced. Everyone was lovely, the boss was attentive and her offsider very calming. (My daughter hates needles.) Really happy. (And I was very looking very scruffy, but no one blinked an eye.)
A great place to get your ears pierced. I felt very safe and comfortable and the shop itself is super clean and sanitary. I actually came back to get my earrings changed out (as I wasn’t sure how to take mine out) and Joe was super helpful and nice. You can tell they really care about their customers and make an effort to help you out. Thanks guys!
