We recently brought our daughter in for her very first ear piercing, and the experience couldn’t have been better. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, patient, and reassuring, which made all the difference for a nervous first-timer. They explained every step clearly, took great care with hygiene, and made our daughter feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. The service was professional, gentle, and genuinely caring. We’re so grateful for such a positive and memorable experience.
I can not recommend this place enough. The staff were so friendly, informative and accommodating. I went in with questions about getting a new piercing and they went through all the information and prices. I was lucky enough they had a spot to fit me in, but would definitely recommend booking. If i ever get brave enough for my next piercing I'll be back here for sure.
Rama and Joe are incredible, they are professional, warm and caring. We attended for my 16 year old daughter to get a Helix piercing. The piercing looked brilliant and when my daughter felt a bit faint afterwards, the genuine care, support and kindness they showed was amazing. They cared for my daughter until she felt better- giving her space to lie down and even their own chocolate to raise her blood sugar! What an asset to the team these two are! Highly recommend.
Essential beauty chadstone was a 5/5 experience. The customer service as soon as we walked in was beyond amazing, with friendly staff they assisted us with having the best piercing experience possible. Joe was an amazing help and created a welcoming environment where I felt nothing but comfortable as soon as I walked in! Thanks to essential beauty for creating the absolute best experience possible to get my helix done!
I got my nose piercing done today and i love it so much. The pretty manager with with brown hair is SOOO lovely and gave the best customer service i have ever received in my life. THANK YOU SO MUCH🙏🏻🙏🏻
