We recently brought our daughter in for her very first ear piercing, and the experience couldn’t have been better. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, patient, and reassuring, which made all the difference for a nervous first-timer. They explained every step clearly, took great care with hygiene, and made our daughter feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. The service was professional, gentle, and genuinely caring. We’re so grateful for such a positive and memorable experience.

I can not recommend this place enough. The staff were so friendly, informative and accommodating. I went in with questions about getting a new piercing and they went through all the information and prices. I was lucky enough they had a spot to fit me in, but would definitely recommend booking. If i ever get brave enough for my next piercing I'll be back here for sure.

I came in to purchase two helix earrings not sure of what size or width my previous earrings were. Sana was absolutely amazing and helped me find the correct size for my piercings, she helped me to put in the new rings and adjust the current holes once they had started to close over. 10/10 service, will definitely come back for my next piercings!

Rama and Joe are incredible, they are professional, warm and caring. We attended for my 16 year old daughter to get a Helix piercing. The piercing looked brilliant and when my daughter felt a bit faint afterwards, the genuine care, support and kindness they showed was amazing. They cared for my daughter until she felt better- giving her space to lie down and even their own chocolate to raise her blood sugar! What an asset to the team these two are! Highly recommend.

I took my 8 year old daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time back in September and Joe and his team were so lovely with us and amazing to deal with. Informative and across all details pre and post appointment, they made her feel relaxed and safe. Three months later when her ears became infected due to bad earrings and school swimming lessons, they took her in, cleaned out her ears sterilised them and put back in her initial studs free of charge. Can't recommend them enough! Thank you guys!
