RoelsMethod is an amazing space with abundance of healing energy. Was blessed to have a massage from Emily, she has a wonderful touch and gave me the best massage I’ve had in a very long time. Highly recommend it’s worth every moment and then some.

Michael and Emily are without a doubt one of a kind. I have had massages all around the country, and they have created the true definition of a spa. Whether you are just needing a maintenance massage, working on specific muscle groups, or mitigating pain with their sister company Roels Method. Essential Balanced Bodywork is THE pinnacle place to go in the Triad, Winston-Salem area. You will not be disappointed!
Excellent massage! Very relaxing! Exactly what I needed. Michael is awesome! Highly recommend and I cannot wait for my next one!
