I enjoy DIY even though I am not very experienced in many ways! Today, I had a technical snag while changing my own tires from summer to winter. Essential Auto Service was able to help me out on very short notice (same day!). They resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. The technician went above and beyond what I had needed, fully explained what he had done, and even shared some of his expertise with me. I recently took my car in for an alignment and an oil change. I specifically asked if I could bring in my own oil and filter, as this is the oil and filter I've always used on my car and it does my high milage car well. Which they said was no problem. After about 3 hours, I received the inspection that they do as apart of the service stating a lengthy list of over 16 things needing immediate attention.
