Essential Auto uses garbage offshore "OE" parts and fire the parts cannon at cars. They replaced the entire suspension on my vehicle chasing down noises where there was a known TSB, but because they're a bunch of hacks, they obviously didn't bother to look that up. Waiting for their typical response: we don't have a record of you visiting our shop. Well, I got a stack of invoices with your shop name on it.
