I would recommend Essential Arcadia to anyone, I actually have. Working with Dr. Karen has been more helpful than anything else I have tried, and trust me, I have tried a lot. I have had belly/digestive issues for a long time and have tried so many different things. Some have helped but never long term. I am not saying that all my issues are gone but I can say that when I am consistent in seeing Dr. Karen I definitely feel better. ~Jackie W.
