First of all Ahmed responded super quick and attended with in 2 hours - First did a service call and then we decided to replace the ageing 8 kw split - Next day, the new unit was delivered and Ahmed and his team we there to remove the old and install the new - Most impressed with the speed of service, and the cost of the job ! Had a couple split system air conditioners installed at our workplace by Essential Air Conditioning. Their quote was good and they were able to install within our time frame. We have since moved our building A/C maintenance contract to them as they have been quicker to respond and resolve issues than our previous contractor. Sarah is always great at ensuring communication goes back and forth so we stay updated with progress on any jobs or quotes. Just a really great team to work with, just a shame I didn't find them sooner.
