If you haven't yet cleaned your ducts, go for it. These professionals removed years of dust, pet hair, and various other debris. The air now feels cleaner, and my sneezing has significantly reduced. Definitely a great choice!
I am not sure if this company fakes reviews or simply removes negative ones but the rating of this company doesn’t seem accurate. While it did sound like they were cleaning the vents they did not clean every vent that was shown. I was told the duct should stretch along that path so the duct is clean even if they didn’t go to each vent. The issue with this is that the vent covers themselves also had dust on them which I would expect to be cleaned when paying a $700 vent cleaning service.
