Avoid this place at all costs. It’s been almost a year since the disastrous chemical peel I booked through Groupon (thankfully Groupon refunded me). The service was advertised as being performed by an MD, which is the only reason I booked in the first place. I strongly advise against Essential Aesthetics & Wellness in Chantilly. I paid for a laser package and have repeatedly been unable to complete my sessions due to their constant scheduling issues — broken machines, understaffing, and poor coordination. Despite this being entirely their fault, they refuse to offer a refund. The customer service is appalling. I have never wrote a negative review, but I feel like people should know before going here. Online and in the pictures it is advertised that Dr.Govil is the one doing the procedures, so I came in for a chemical peel. I wanted to get this procedure done by a doctor as my skin is sensitive. During the appointment the doctor came in for less than 2 mins, took one look at my skin and left.
