I strongly advise against Essential Aesthetics & Wellness in Chantilly. I paid for a laser package and have repeatedly been unable to complete my sessions due to their constant scheduling issues — broken machines, understaffing, and poor coordination. Despite this being entirely their fault, they refuse to offer a refund. The customer service is appalling. I have never wrote a negative review, but I feel like people should know before going here. Online and in the pictures it is advertised that Dr.Govil is the one doing the procedures, so I came in for a chemical peel. I wanted to get this procedure done by a doctor as my skin is sensitive. During the appointment the doctor came in for less than 2 mins, took one look at my skin and left. I came here for PRP hair treatments and have seen good results. Place is clean and doctor is fast and effective. I had less pain as she injected in several areas quickly. Highly recommended!
