My workplace asked if I wanted to be trained in first aid, and so myself and three colleagues attended a day long session at Essential 6. Simon was very informative, great at keeping everyone's attention, and ensured each of the ten of us in the session understood everything well. I left the session feeling confident with the knowledge I gained, and enjoyed the experience overall. The other Essential 6 staff I met were also fantastic and helpful - thank you all for a great experience! I highly recommend 🙂

An excellent first aid course that I would highly recommend! The trainer was patient, knowledgeable, and kept the day both enjoyable and engaging. Everything was well-organised and very informative, and I left feeling confident in what I had learned
The training was very professional, informative and interesting. The lecturer Sam was excellent. She was very knowledge, humorous and patient. I would highly recommend Essential 6.
