Very rude employees. I was parked there for a picnic and was told i couldn’t park my car there. I have a physical disability. My friend was with her 3 month old son.
Do NOT purchase an Essentia. They will not honor their warranty at all. Purchased a mattress 5 yrs ago. Have kept it EXACTLY as the manufacturer recommended. It started breaking down in multiple areas. According to the warranty, they should replace it as it is within the 1st 10 years of the 20 yr warranty. They will not do anything other than give the run around. Have now connected with multiple others with the same issue. I wouldn’t sleep on this mattress if it was made for my casket. Some of the rudest people in Boca and that’s saying a lot.
Ester was super helpful! We bought mattresses for our primary home and beach house. I was in between a few mattresses and she walked me through the different options very clearly and totally made it easy for me!
