They are always welcoming, know who I am and are genuinely concerned. Lab and X-ray are very knowledgeable in their role. My only negative was waiting in line to check in or out. Now checking in on my phone is a breeze.
This is my second visit to this location, and once again, the front desk personnel treated me and my son rudely and unpleasantly. It's disheartening how one person's behavior can negatively impact the perception of an entire institution.
