Been waiting for an hour and a half now for a note saying I've been out of work for certain dates due to an injury. Do they have to make the goddamn paper and ink from scratch? You people signed the paperwork taking me out of work!!!!!!
I was in and out in no time with an antibiotic for a dental infection. The staff and Provider were all professional and efficient. I am most grateful for the service received.
Came in with my dad who cut his finger tip, and advised the registration area he also takes a blood thinner. Still waiting for assistance and people who came after us have been helped. What kind of triage process says a person with a head cold goes ahead of a cut open finger?
