The Moose Lake Urgent Care has been a wonderful service in this area. We have used their services several times and have always felt well cared for.
Absolutely amazing people, so kind and caring at ML Urgent Care. They took the time to get all the information that was needed to properly diagnose my husband's health. Three days earlier he was in Duluth ER, and they just had him sit there for 5 hours and attributed everything to Covid. Well guess what, Moose Lake did the proper tests and he has pneumonia. Excellent doctor and staff! Just went to urgent care for a toothache and because I had to work all day, i had very little time to get to the pharmacy before 6! The staff made sure i got out of there in record time and they had even called the pharmacy with the script. I had 11 min to get there and it was ready in a few minutes! They were sooooo nice! Best experience ever! They made sure my suffering would not be another night and I appreciate it soooo much! Thanks!
I've received treatment at Essentia Urgent Care only once, and though I hope I won't require their services again, I have a high opinion of their medical care. The receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all friendly and highly competent. While I can't claim to have enjoyed having a small incision made into my body, the doctor made the process as tolerable as could reasonably be hoped for, with minimal pain.
