Brought my 3 month old baby into the urgent care as she was sick for 2 weeks and fevering. She was also exposed to whooping cough at daycare. Had to argue to get a swab done for her and the NP Jeorgia said “fine I’ll order it, if you want to put your baby through that.” I asked if we could do a full respiratory panel to see if she had anything else going on since it had been so long and she said no. The NP showed no compassion and sent in the CNA after the swab was collected to tell me I could leave after the swab was done. ... read more
All the doctors there are cocky, rude, and straight out of some kind of medical school thinking they know everything. I've had several instances where the doctor said something to me and when I see them again and bring it up they say they absolutely didn't say it and I must be lying. I am quite shocked every time this happens. What would be the point of lying about anything to an urgent care doctor? That said, I'm guessing these doctors and prescribing nurses are probably not at the top of their class for graduation. If you ... read more
They are all amazing! From the minute you check in and get roomed, you feel comfortable. I love this urgent care. They always give me clear answers too.
