Best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care facility. I felt heard, cared for, and my issue was properly addressed! Very kind staff and am grateful to have had the experience I did.
Great experience at the clinic. They got me in promptly. I was diagnosed and treated with care. The gal working intake was wonderful. Switching primary care to their clinic it went so well.
I was verbally informed that I would be receiving two specific, targeted tests. However, I later discovered that a much more extensive and costly panel of tests had been performed, resulting in a $1,500 bill. After reviewing the visit notes, I found that the nurse practitioner documented symptoms that I did not report.
