I was verbally informed that I would be receiving two specific, targeted tests. However, I later discovered that a much more extensive and costly panel of tests had been performed, resulting in a $1,500 bill. After reviewing the visit notes, I found that the nurse practitioner documented symptoms that I did not report. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this Urgent Care and the providers. I've taken my kids here multiple times in the last few years and we're always treated so well.

Brought my 3 month old baby into the urgent care as she was sick for 2 weeks and fevering. She was also exposed to whooping cough at daycare. Had to argue to get a swab done for her and the NP Jeorgia said “fine I’ll order it, if you want to put your baby through that.” I asked if we could do a full respiratory panel to see if she had anything else going on since it had been so long and she said no. The NP showed no compassion and sent in the CNA after the swab was collected to tell me I could leave after the swab was done. ... read more
