Looks like a hospital, its a clinic. Yes there is an ER / urgent care. Lots of parking.
Out of all the Essentia pharamcys this one is the worst. Do yourself a favor stay away!!
Outside of the scheduler's, the staff is unfriendly and cold. You stand in line waiting while coworkers are gossiping among themselves. You do not feel welcomed.
