They seem to try and do their best. Sometimes seem a little slow but who knows what else is happening. Mostly a good vibe from the staff.
Front desk or whoever is in charge of appointments through phone is terrible. I was just calling to set an appointment for my dad, greeted her nicely and she just gave me the tone of “whatever” the whole time. Sounds like she’s not enjoying her job which I know working at a hospital sometimes gets chaotic but you’re in the office accepting calls and helping patients out with their appointments, it’s not like you’re bedside and struggling.
