The Er was awful. Went in there for a bump i had under my rib that was causing me worse pain then ever before, the nurse was good however the doctor and desk staff were horrible. The doctor spent maybe 5 mins in my room letting me know i had a rib where my rib is supposed to be as if i didnt already know, then explained he couldn't make a case as he had no idea. He questionably explained the organs i had under my rib and then did absolutely no test. All he did was said that some peoples bodoes have different composition. I s... read more
Ill post again later about the neglecting of a pationt and the unprofessiôal manner we have been treated with! My advise for essentia health is first off trying hairing professionnel medical staff and non-medical essential staff that can do there job with a hint of the pationt is here due to illness and important to receive professionnel medical advise that can give simple
Experienced a variety of scary symptoms thinking I was having heart problems. The ER Dr examined me and scheduled a few tests and a scan and correctly diagnosed me with thyroid problems. Was in and out fairly quickly. Nurses and Dr. were all excellent!
Allen Anderson, I was transferred from your hospital from the er to Fairview Southdale because of an infection. I am a retired fighter/paramedic and I have never rode in your ambulance and it was by far the WORST RIDE I HAVE EVER HAD ! THE UNIT'S SUSPENSION IS TOTALLY SHOT.
