Allen Anderson, I was transferred from your hospital from the er to Fairview Southdale because of an infection. I am a retired fighter/paramedic and I have never rode in your ambulance and it was by far the WORST RIDE I HAVE EVER HAD ! THE UNIT'S SUSPENSION IS TOTALLY SHOT. After getting my neck impaled all they did was glue it together and give me Tylenol.. could've done it myself at home. They wasted hours of my time.
Worst ER! If you want to be treated less human give this place a visit! Went to Hickley urgent care (they were wonderful) but I have been dealing with a diverticulitis infection and met criteria for sespis so the wonderful dr there sent me to Sandstone to get labs and a CT scan. I did get the scan. However, the extremely rude nurse at Sandstone refused to do labs stating not unless I go to ER and this was already addressed the refusal to pay them astronomical money for a simple blood test. Dr Braaten and nurse Sara RN were amazing! I dropped a snow plow on my toe. They did a wonderful job cleaning it and giving me antibiotics. No infection. Toe healed! I will remember you forever! Thank you so much for your help!
