Am wondering why a request for an appointment thru the VA to see my physical therapist or speech therapist at saint josephs hospital requested by my doctor from Essentia health would be grabed by the Essentia 34 clinic. It has happened 3 times now. It is very confusing and extends the time for me to be seen as requested. My Essentia doctor at a different clinic and his staff are fantastic! They can’t even answer there phones even though we have called for 20 minutes
My husband went in to get seen for something very unusual and this place pretty much just brushed him off and they put down the reason for the visit completely unrelated to what he was actually there for. I highly do not recommend the doctor Audrey Brasel and her male nurse who called my husband "the jaw guy" to their colleagues. That is extremely unprofessional and rude. To anyone who gets Audrey and her male nurse, beware.
