They can’t even answer there phones even though we have called for 20 minutes
My husband went in to get seen for something very unusual and this place pretty much just brushed him off and they put down the reason for the visit completely unrelated to what he was actually there for. I highly do not recommend the doctor Audrey Brasel and her male nurse who called my husband "the jaw guy" to their colleagues. That is extremely unprofessional and rude. To anyone who gets Audrey and her male nurse, beware.
Amazing team doctors and nurses. Friendly and clean . I drive to park rapids from bemidji because of the care we receive every time we go there
