Sanford is way better. Essentia recommends expensive and unnecessary tests with extremely long wait times.
I found professional help from Dr Jason Balvitsch to be sorely lacking as he grossly misdiagnosed my injury. He's not up to date on the latest medical research over the years he's been practicing. He said he'd 'never heard' that topical nsaid creams can cause stomach bleeding just like oral nsaid medications do, confidently urging me to use such cream (ie Voltaren) even after I told him that these medications cause me stomach bleeding from personal experience.
