Friendly, Competent and Efficient. I've only been to the Essentia Moose Lake Clinic once, but I was impressed. I called to make an appointment for some routine blood work. They got me in only 90 minutes later. The nurse/phlebotomist got the needle in on the first try and without me feeling it. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. I've worked in Healthcare in the past and I can find no faults in the care I received at this Essentia clinic.

Tired of getting canceled not a good place when u got to wait like 1 or 2 monthes for specialist. Looking for a better place again. Also a maybe is not an anwser to tell a patient it adds more stress smooth. You can not schedule an appointment without my permission . Also 1 year no good anwser for pain.

I had a referral from the Emergency Department to see the Wound Care team to address at wound that I had. A Wound Care team member said that they wouldn't see me until I had adjustments made to a device that I wear on a daily basis. In my past experience, from a different health care system, appointments were made immediately with their Wound Care team to insure that the injured area was addressed and that I was not at risk for infections.
