I scheduled to have the "free" annual physical. Because the RN asked me a couple questions about my health from my chart, they billed over $600!!! No tests, no warning, just billed since I verbally responded. It was supposed to be free!! My WARNING: DO not discuss your health if you go to Essentia. What?? Seriously- they code per every topic discussed and record your conversations to do it. Three visits within 2 weeks and i was billed over $2,000!! BCBS drove all of it to deductible and didn't question the charges. Hoping BC... read more
